New Years Resolution: Learn more sign language. CDubs and I took some baby sign language courses when he was about 9 months old. We didn't really give it much of a go, but the most useful words stuck: "more" and "milk". Two years later CDubs still shows us the sign for "more" when he wants to get our attention. Does he think we can't hear him?

The Three Little Pigs - Silly Symphony (1933)
Lately CDubs has been asking a lot of questions about the Big Bad Wolf. Who is this guy? What's his game? We sat down with Disney's Silly Symphony. It's canonical BBW-stuff if you ask me.
There's an interesting back story on this short. A big hit in 1933 for the Disney studio and for songwriter Frank Churchill, it left audiences clamoring for more pigs. "More wolf," says my boy.
